Custom Acetabular Shell

A custom acetabular shell provides an adaptable bone preserving solution for cases of major acetabular bone loss.

HA coated plates are used to bridge defects and screws fix the device to the remaining bone. Pre-planned precise targeting of screws ensures that stable fixation is achieved.

The custom acetabular shell enables a wide variety of acetabular cup options and allows some positional flexibility. The acetabular cup is cemented into place peri-operatively.
