The SMILES™ Knee system comprises three knee types:



Superstabilser Knee
Suitable for the unstable knee due to previous failure of total knee arthroplasty combined with reduced collateral support.

Rotating Hinge Knee
Effective for the revision of primary knee replacements where serious bone loss and/or knee instability is present.

Fixed Hinge Knee
Ideal for those situations where there is gross bone loss and knee instability. This knee hinge provides a rapid and cost effective solution for those difficult knee salvage situations.
